Cancellation insurance

Right of withdrawal and refund: We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance. It costs DKK 200. You have the option to cancel your booking, on the following terms, if you have booked cancellation insurance:

• If cancelled more than 30 days before arrival, the entire amount paid will be refunded, however, DKK 500 will be deducted in administration fee.
• If cancelled between 30 days and 14 days before arrival, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded, however, less DKK 500 in administration fee.
• If cancelled less than 14 days before arrival, there is no refund.
• Up to 8 days before arrival, we offer that the booking can be changed in the current year.
