The fireplace room

Is the place where comfort is paramount. It is the place where you gather with your loved ones and enjoy moments of peace and relaxation, or compete in table football, darts or one of the games that are freely available. The fireplace room has a calm atmosphere, perfect for cozy moments. The furniture in the fireplace room has been carefully selected to make it usable for several purposes. The tables are on wheels and can therefore be easily moved around as needed. They can also be folded together so that the room is completely cleared for e.g. yoga. The sofa invites you to sit back and relax. The lighting can be adjusted as required.

Party & Events

If you need a smaller and cozy place for an event such as a confirmation, family party, a small round birthday, memorial gathering or something else, then the fireplace is ideal for a cozy, fun and relaxed gathering, where you can enjoy each other’s company, laugh and remember the good old days . It is possible to purchase additional delicious food and drink. The good acoustics, the soft light and the option to light up the fireplace create the perfect setting. There is room for 55 people.

If you are planning a party, consider holding it in the fireplace room – it could turn out to be a memorable experience for everyone.

Meetings & Courses

It is also possible to rent the room to hold meetings and courses in. Here you get a good experience, a relaxed atmosphere. The acoustics are really good, which also makes it suitable for the purpose. All of this can facilitate open communication and promote learning. In addition, the calm and pleasant atmosphere leads to positive and committed participation from all involved. The tables can be easily moved around to suit teaching, meetings and group work. It is also possible to buy additional food. We are only 20 min. outside Aarhus, so it’s easy to get here.

Conditions for renting the fireplace room

A deposit of DKK 2,000 is payable when booking.
Refunded no later than 14 days after the end of the event.
The remaining amount is paid 1 month before.
1 day DKK 3000 incl. kitchen (the kitchen cannot be rented during the period or 1 day DKK 2000 excl. kitchen)
Mandatory cleaning DKK 1000 incl. kitchen. (the premises are delivered according to the delivery list)
Mandatory cleaning DKK 750 excl. kitchen. (the room is delivered according to the delivery list)
DKK 125 per hour beyond this (agreed in advance) cannot be changed later than one month before.
It is also possible to rent only on an hourly basis. DKK 150 per hour excl. kitchen.

Deep fryer costs extra.
Free cancellation 48 hours after booking.
If canceled less than 2 months before, the deposit is not refunded.
In case of cancellation less than 1 month before, the amount is not refunded.
The room is rented from 10 a.m. – 10 a.m.
Lighter cleaning/cleaning is carried out by the tenant according to the provided checklist.
The tenant provides flowers, decorations, tablecloths, napkins, table setting, decorations etc.
Please remember that glasses and cutlery must be dried after washing (the washing machine does not dry) – otherwise it will not look good for the next party.
Tea towels, dishcloths, toilet paper and garbage bags are included.

Checklist at the end of the rental

Kitchen

The dishwasher is emptied and the machine is wiped down.
Gas stove and ovens are wiped down.
The coffee machine’s bag is removed, jugs are rinsed and the machine is wiped down.
The fridge and freezer are emptied of food.
The table tops are wiped down.
All crockery used is checked to make sure it is clean before it is put in place.
